Be:fit London Back,Bigger and Better

It’s been a year since my Be:fit London adventures which I thoroughly enjoyed and I couldn’t wait to return this year.
I’m not going to lie I kind of sort of fell of my fitness routine so hopefully this will be the kick up the bum I need to get me back on track.

For those who don’t know Be:Fit used to be called the Vitality show but the health, beauty, fitness and well-being event was re branded to have more of a focus on health, fitness and wellbeing. Starting out in Old Billingsgate and I’m guessing due to its popularity Be:fit will now be taking place at the Design and Business Center in Islington which I believe is a bigger venue.
